Amy Bytnar, PMP

Amy Bytnar, PMP has over 18 years of work experience in various roles related to project management and operational excellence. Amy is currently the VP of Operational Excellence at IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of VP of PMO at the same company from December 2019 to February 2023. Before joining IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union, Amy worked at RSM US LLP as the IT Portfolio Director from November 2016 to December 2019, and as a Senior IT Project Manager from January 2016 to November 2016. Amy also gained project management experience as a Project Manager at Elanders Americas from January 2013 to January 2016. Additionally, Amy has significant experience at Royal Neighbors of America, where they worked as an Associate IT Project Manager from January 2012 to January 2013, as an Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator from May 2005 to December 2011, and as an Administrative Assistant from May 2004 to May 2005. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in project management and delivering successful outcomes.

Amy Bytnar, PMP earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Management from Western Illinois University, where they attended from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2014. Amy also holds a Green Belt of Six Sigma Methodology certification from SixSigma.us (IACET & PMI Approved), which they obtained in July 2007.
