Issam Khayati

Issam Khayati has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as a District Manager and previously as an Area Director at IHOP since November 2015, overseeing three restaurant units. Prior to this role, Issam worked as an Area Director at Denny's from May 2013 to November 2015, supervising six restaurant units and facilitating the opening of new locations in Allen, TX. Issam's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at IHOP where leadership contributed to the successful opening of a new restaurant in Dallas and as a Manager at Denny's, achieving notable increases in sales and profit. Issam holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, along with associate degrees in Business Administration and Pre-Engineering from Cisco College and Abilene Christian University, respectively.
