Currently serving as a Production Cook at Hotel Adolphus since January 2023, Oscar previously held the position of Sous Chef at Bob's Steak & Chop House from May 2023 to February 2024. A notable tenure at Corner Bakery as Test Kitchen Coordinator spanned nearly 25 years, from September 1998 to January 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Line Cook at McCormick & Schmick's and Avanti Restaurant, as well as Stock Controller at Origins and Cashier at la Madeleine Country French Cafe.
