Anne Kennedy Lynch

Anne Kennedy Lynch is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at IHS Towers since July 2020, Anne has held various significant positions, including Guest Lecturer in HR at the University of Roehampton and interim HR Consultant roles at Optilan and Skyscanner. Previously, Anne spent 16 years at BP, where roles included Global Human Resources Director for Air BP and HR VP for the Middle East and Iraq, playing a critical role in the development of large teams and H.R. strategies across regions. Earlier career highlights include HR Manager positions at SIDANCO and Castrol, with foundational education in History and Greek & Roman Civilisation from University College Dublin, an MAHRM in Human Resources from Middlesex University, and ongoing studies in Executive Coaching at the University of the West of England.
