Hrishikesh Phadke

Hrishikesh Phadke has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hrishikesh'smost recent position is as an Associate Director of Finance Transformation at IHS Towers, where they oversee the CIO organization and leads business change initiatives in various departments. Prior to this, Hrishikesh worked at Wipro Consulting for seven years as a Practice Partner and Head of Business Transformation, focusing on finance and accounting transformation, process improvements, and ERP implementation. Hrishikesh also served as the Senior Manager of Global Internal Audit & Risk Management at Indorama Ventures PCL, responsible for audit planning and risk assessment. Additionally, Hrishikesh has held roles as a Finance Transformation Manager at Wipro Consulting, a Manager of Corporate Finance at Deutsche Bank, a Finance Operations Manager at L & T Finance Limited, and a Partner at Nilesh Gore & Co, Chartered Accountants.
