Yoshinobu Matsuzaki is a Senior Engineer at Internet Initiative Japan since April 1998, with extensive involvement in various internet governance and technical organizations. Currently serving on the Executive Council of APNIC and as a member of the Board of Trustees for JPNIC, Yoshinobu also holds a committee position with JANOG and is a Board Member of the Asia & Pacific Internet Association. In addition, technical advisement is provided to JPCERT/CC, and co-chair responsibilities are undertaken at The Asia Pacific OperatorS Forum (APOPS). From September 2007 to September 2011, Yoshinobu chaired the IPv6 Technical Special Interest Group at APNIC. Yoshinobu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Media Design from Keio University, completed in March 2022, and has prior education from Hiroshima University.
