Konstantin Kozhukhar has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a System Administrator at OOO "Torgovy Dom Avgust" where they provided desktop support for over 50 clients by phone or in person and restored data, operating systems, files, documents, and drivers. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at OOO "Kompaniya Informatsvyaz" where they set up, researched, troubleshot, and resolved complex problems with network equipment and user equipment remotely. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Technical Service Specialist - Infrastructure Services (TSS2.5) at GDC (Fujitsu preferred supplier of Services) where they provided technical support to end-users from all over the world, leveraging broad-based expertise to handle problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation via helpdesk system, telephone, and remote support tools. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Sales Support Specialist at Otkritie where they interacted between Business and IT department and changed ITSM-program logics (JIRA Software) to improve efficiency and execution time of requests and incidents. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have worked as a DevOps Engineer at iiko where they have defined and documented best practices, postmortem, and kept it into KB (Wiki Confluence, Gitlab Wiki, Glpi), set up backup, migrated and restored DBs, SSMS, pgAdmin, FullConvert, ensured the updates, fault tolerance, and stability of the environment, automated infrastructure deployment and backup, collected and processed logs, monitored and collected metrics from bare-metal servers, VMs, and Kubernetes objects, and alerted via Prometheus Alertmanager, Grafana Cloud, Grafana Alerting/Amixr/Grafana On-Call, MS Teams, Telegram, and e-mail.

Konstantin Kozhukhar attended Voronezh State Technical University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Physics. In 2021, they obtained certifications from Google Cloud Education for Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine Specialization (4 courses), Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine: Foundations, Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine: Production, Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine: Workloads, and Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure. In 2016, they obtained certifications from Brainbench, Veeam Software, Lynda.com, and Doctor Web, Ltd. for Backup Exec 11d Administration, Veeam Availability Suite v9: Technical Overview, Administer and Manage VMware vSphere Resources, Configure and Administer VMware vSphere Security, ITIL Foundations, Managing Your Time, Troubleshoot Common PC Issues, Windows 10 Administration, Certified Specialist for Working with Program Radmin, and Certified Specialist for Administration of Dr.Web Security Space v.11.0, respectively.
