Prakash Singh

Prakash Singh is a Professor at IIM Lucknow, with a career that spans from February 2006 to the present, during which time Prakash has held several leadership roles, including Chairman of the Doctoral Program, Chairman of Placements for the IPMX at the Noida Campus, Chairman of Student Affairs & Placements, and Chairman of the Purchase and Contracts Committee. Additionally, Prakash serves as Co-Convener and Professor of Finance at the IIM Lucknow-SIDBI Centre for Innovations in Financial Inclusion (SCIFI) since February 2017. Prior experience includes a position as Business Development Officer at Kotak Mahindra Primus Ltd from March 1998 to February 2000. Prakash holds a PhD in Global Banking performance, regulation, and crisis from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, along with an MBA in Finance from Lucknow University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical University.
