Mala Kaur

Mala Kaur has a diverse professional background in finance and microfinance, with experience at companies like Impact Investment Exchange, SimplifyNext, and Altura Financial Services Limited. Mala played a key role in setting up and growing Altura, an NBFC-MFI providing microfinance services to underserved communities in India. With a degree in Bachelor in Management Studies, Accounting, and Finance from HR College of Commerce and Economics, Mala has held various titles such as Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Manager in the field of credit portfolio management and innovative finance. Prior to their current roles, Mala also worked at Share Microfin Ltd, CRISIL Limited, Ambit Private Limited, and Technology for the People (TFTP).
