Jaap Meester

Jaap Meester has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as President of AIESEC in 2006. In 2007, they were an intern for Advisory Financial Sponsors at ABN AMRO. The following year, they worked as an Analyst for Dutchintec. In 2009, they had two roles, Research and Intern Transport Department, at NMA. In 2010, they were a Trainee at ING. In 2011, they were a PM Savings at ING Direct UK. In 2012, they were a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt at ING Nederland. From 2014 to 2021, they were Manager Global Process Management, Global Head of Collections, and Manager Achterstanden at ING. Finally, in 2021 they became Chief Operations Officer at Frits, where they help customers make the right decisions regarding their mortgages.

Jaap Meester received their Bachelor degree in Industrial Organization from the University of Amsterdam in 2008. Jaap then went on to receive their Master degree in Organizational Economics from the same university in 2010.
