Grzegorz Nowicki

Grzegorz Nowicki has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Regional People & Culture (HR) Manager for East Poland at IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o. since February 2015, with previous roles as HR Manager and Deputy HR Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Grzegorz worked as an HR Manager / HR Business Partner for Bacardi-Martini Eastern Europe Business Unit, and held HR positions at Samsung Electronics Poland R&D Center and PZU. Grzegorz began a career in recruitment at Grafton Recruitment Poland and Hewlett-Packard Poland. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in management and marketing, as well as education and consulting from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, and studies at Shafston International College in Australia.
