Younghee Lee-Bandzius

Younghee Lee-Bandzius has a diverse range of experience in the field of HR. Younghee is currently working at IKI as the Head of Strategic HR Planning since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at IKI from August 2021 to February 2023. Before joining IKI, Younghee worked at Samsung Electronics where they held the position of HR Manager - Europe from March 2018 to April 2021. Younghee also served as an HR Assistant Manager at Samsung Electronics from April 2017 to March 2018. Prior to their time at Samsung, they worked as an HR Project Consultant at Cohesion Recruitment from August 2016 to November 2016. Younghee's earlier experience includes roles such as Employee Communication Specialist at Texas Instruments from April 2013 to September 2014 and Senior Associate (Global Help Desk) at Samsung Electronics (sourced via Etners Co. Ltd) from March 2010 to April 2013.

Younghee Lee-Bandzius holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Business from Aston Business School, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and International Economics and Business from Yeungnam University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Younghee also obtained a Diploma in Business English from Universal College of Language in 2007 and a Certificate in English as a Second Language from King George International College in 2006.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Younghee has achieved several certifications. In 2015, they obtained the "Assoc. CIPD - Advanced Level 7" certification from CIPD and the "Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU)" certification from The British Psychological Society. Younghee also obtained "The FITT Certificate" from the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) in 2007.
