Tom Hadrava has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Tom started their career in 2006 as a Help Desk Specialist at Residential Services, Inc. where they provided end user support, troubleshooting, and hardware repair for different operating systems.

In 2008, Tom joined Field Logic Inc. as an IT Manager, overseeing various aspects of IT operations such as VM environment, servers, network infrastructure, phones, and software licensing. Tom also managed the organization's budget and maintained accounting software.

From 2015 to 2019, Tom worked as an IT Customer Service Manager at St. Louis County, MN. In this role, they supervised IT Operators, IT Support Engineers, and IT Service Desk staff across multiple county locations, ensuring quality IT services were provided to end users.

Currently, Tom is serving as an IT Manager at IKONICS Corporation. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Lake Superior College from 2008 to 2010, although they did not earn a degree during this time. At Lake Superior College, they concentrated on their Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) field of study. In addition to their educational background, Tom has obtained two certifications from VMware. Tom obtained the VCP4-DCV certification in December 2010 and the VCP5-DCV certification in March 2014.
