Glenn Sandgren

Glenn Sandgren has over 25 years of experience in technology and operations management. Glenn is currently the Chief Executive Officer at IKONICS, a position they have held since December 2015. Prior to this, they were the VP Silicon Carbide Division at Melior Innovations from January 2014 to December 2015. There, they led the invention, development, and commercialization of advanced ultra pure silicon carbide technologies for the semiconductor and ceramics markets. Before that, they were the VP Contract Manufacturing and High Performance Materials at Polysciences, Inc from January 2003 to December 2013. There they managed all aspects for the High Performance Materials and Personal Care business units, directed overall operations with focus on technology development, marketing initiatives, and sales management, and was responsible for full P&L.

Glenn Sandgren has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, and an MSA in Industrial Administration from Central Michigan University.
