Chelly Serge

Chelly Serge is the CEO of IKOS CONSULTING since January 2006, leading the company in providing high technology consulting services. Prior to this role, Chelly served as the Senior Executive International Vice-President at ALTRAN from November 1990 to December 2005, managing significant operations in southern regions including Italy, Portugal, Brazil, and Spain, encompassing 4,500 employees and 45 subsidiaries. Additionally, Chelly was the Managing Director at LORE, a telecommunications and railway sector company with 600 employees, from 1991 to 1998. Chelly holds an Engineer's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from ENSEEIHT and completed preparatory classes at Lycée Jacques Decour. Educational accomplishments include a brief program at Harvard University in 2016.
