Durgesh Srivastava

Durgesh Srivastava has over 17 years of experience in talent acquisition. In their most recent role as Director of Talent Acquisition at IKS Health, they manage a team of 20 recruiters and is responsible for improving hiring efficiency and quality. Earlier in their career, they worked at SmartDrive Systems, where they were the Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, and at Deloitte India, where they held various talent acquisition roles and was involved in end-to-end recruitment processes. Durgesh started their career as a Technical Support Analyst at GECIS.

Durgesh Srivastava's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in Computers from St. Joseph's Degree College from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a BCA in Bachelors from St. Joseph from 2001 to 2004. Prior to this, they attended St. Ann's Junior College from 1999 to 2001, where they studied MEC (Maths). Before that, they attended St. Ann's Jr College - Mehdipatnam from 1998 to 2000, where they studied MEC (Maths Economics and Commerce).
