Rupesh Chandran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rupesh started their career in 2003 as a Customer Response Executive at ChoiceConnex and later worked as a Sr Customer Response Executive at GTL Limited. In 2006, they joined WNS Global Services as a Quality Assurance Leader, where they managed quality at both Mumbai and Costa Rica centers. Rupesh then moved on to ezeego1 as an Assistant Manager Quality, where they played a key role in process improvement projects and the implementation of SAP CRM. Rupesh returned to WNS Global Services in 2013 as a Deputy Manager Quality, overseeing various financial and accounting processes. In 2017, they joined Fursan Travel as a Senior Manager Quality, where they were responsible for managing the quality department and implementing lean initiatives. Rupesh is currently working as the Director of Quality Assurance at IKS Health. Throughout their career, Rupesh has demonstrated expertise in setting up quality management systems, process improvement, and project execution.
Rupesh Chandran attended the University of Mumbai from 1995 to 2001, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Rupesh also obtained certifications, including the IASSC Certified Black Belt™ from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in 2017.
