Matthew Medcalf

Matthew Medcalf is an experienced scientist with a strong background in postdoctoral research. Matthew most recently worked as an Applications Scientist at Iktos, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis from May 2022 to October 2022. Matthew also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at both the University of Kansas from January 2021 to June 2022 and the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis from November 2019 to December 2020. Additionally, Matthew gained experience as a Faculty Assistant in Organic Chemistry at Washington University in St. Louis from November 2019 to May 2020.

Matthew Medcalf completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in ACS Chemistry and Biology at Drury University from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organic Chemistry at Washington University in St. Louis from 2014 to 2019.
