Stéphane MILOT

Stéphane MILOT has a diverse work experience in the life sciences and financial services industries. Stéphane started their career as a Member of Bio4ward network, where they provided support to life sciences companies with high added value expertises. Stéphane then founded Kilowaters, a financial services company for innovative companies, where they played a key role in driving due diligence processes, advising start-ups on funding strategies, and negotiating bank loans. Stéphane also gained experience in ERP deployment and budgeting and reporting processes. Stéphane has held CFO positions in several companies, including Biomunex Pharmaceuticals, Iktos, Backbone SAS, Poietis, ACE Energie, PathoQuest. In these roles, they were responsible for financial management and strategic planning. Stéphane also served as the Chief Executive Officer of RAL Diagnostics from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are working as the Chief Financial Officer at Cancell Therapeutics. Stéphane MILOT has a strong education background in accounting and finance. From 1999 to 2003, they attended a Chartered Accountant/CPA program and obtained a Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable (DEC), which is equivalent to a CPA degree. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they studied at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and earned a Maîtrise degree in MSTCF. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification in "Introduction to the Biology of Cancer" from Coursera, in June 2023.
