Heather Anastasi

Heather Anastasi has extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Heather currently holds the position of Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer at iLAB, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to this, Heather worked at Harland Clarke from 2015 to 2022, where they held several roles, including Quality Engineer III, Technical Engineer III, and Quality Engineer II.

Before joining Harland Clarke, Heather worked as a Software Quality Assurance Consultant at Accenture from August 2014 to January 2015. Heather also served as an IT QA Manager at UnitedHealth Group - Care Improvement Plus/XLHealth from February 2014 to August 2014.

Additionally, Heather worked as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer Consultant at Pearson North America from April 2013 to December 2013, and as a Software Quality Analyst Consultant at Wells Fargo from July 2012 to December 2012.

Earlier in their career, Heather held positions at Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. as a Lead/Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer from July 2011 to May 2012, at StayWell (formerly Krames StayWell) as a Quality Assurance Engineer Consultant from May 2011 to June 2011, at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Analyst Software Development from April 2010 to April 2011, and at Interbank FX as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer from September 2008 to October 2009.

Heather Anastasi has a strong education background in technology-related fields. Heather attended DeVry University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design from The Art Institutes, studying from 1993 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Heather has also obtained certifications in automation from Tricentis. Heather achieved the Automation Specialist Level 1 certification in March 2023 and followed it up with the Automation Specialist Level 2 certification, also in March 2023.
