Clifford Ondieki

Clifford Ondieki has worked for a number of companies since 2013. Clifford began their career as an Engineering Intern at Kenya Power, where they constructed high and low voltage overhead lines, cleared obstructions along feeders, measured earthing voltage levels of transformers, and installed and repaired electrical air break switches. In 2014, they became an Engineering Intern at KenGen Kenya, where they maintained and repaired motors, tested oil transformers, and ensured safety and precautions on electrical equipment. In 2015, they were an Engineering Intern at Geothermal Development Company, where they enabled minimum losses from equipment, advised on how to reduce spillage of oil and how to make sure replacement of equipment is in stock. In 2017, Clifford was a Customer Service Consultant at Iplus East Africa Ltd, where they collaborated on technical customer support and repaired and maintained computer hardware and accessories. In 2018, they were a Young Leader at ALX, where they completed an intensive 6-month professional development program. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, Clifford worked at Elephant Healthcare, where they held the roles of Business Development Coordinator, Customer Success Coordinator, Change Manager, and Project Manager. In their most recent role, they are a Senior Product Operations Lead at Ilara Health, where they support other departments and provides support and continuous training and empowerment to product support associates.

Clifford Ondieki has an extensive education history. Clifford obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi in 2019. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) in Electrical and Electronic Enginnering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology between 2011 and 2016. Clifford also holds a certificate from St. Josephs Boys High School in SCIENCE, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. In addition, Ondieki has obtained several certifications, including a Virtual Assistant Course from alx_africa in 2022, a 2nd Annual International Conference on Project Planning and Management from University of Nairobi in 2020, Farm Data Management, Sharing and Services for Agriculture Development from FAO in 2019, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from FranklinCovey in 2019, and a Graduated Engineer from the Engineers Board of Kenya in 2016.
