H. Pappoe

Henry Pappoe has extensive experience in management and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as a Supervisor and Intake Coordinator/Case Manager at the Independent Living Center of Southern California since January 2017, Henry Pappoe conducts consumer interviews, prepares service files, and assigns case workers. Previous positions include Manager at Check Into Cash, where responsibilities involved managing employees, overseeing multiple locations, and handling audits and collections, as well as Associate Director at CarMax, focusing on inventory and operational tasks. Henry Pappoe has also worked as a customer service representative at Hay-Wal Inc. and as a Camp Counselor at the Salvation Army, where engagement with children and program support were key roles. Additionally, Henry Pappoe holds an Associate's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a diploma in Sociology from Los Angeles Pierce College.
