Kaleigh Cantwell

Kaleigh Cantwell has a diverse work experience that spans various positions in the field of clinical services and operations management. Kaleigh is currently the Director of Operations and Outreach at Training Wheels ABA, where they oversee the daily operations and outreach activities of the organization. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Spectrum Social & Recreational Svcs, where they played a key role in maximizing operational capacity and implementing behavior management techniques. Kaleigh also has experience as the Director of Clinical Services at Easterseals, where they led the operations of clinical services and was directly responsible for a team of 30-35 clinical staff. Kaleigh has also worked at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD) as a Marketing and Outreach Specialist and Clinical Supervisor, where they managed the expansion of the organization's offices and implemented outreach strategies. Additionally, Kaleigh has experience as a Clinical Lead Supervisor at Wellspring Camps and as an Adjunct Professor at Temple College.

Kaleigh Cantwell has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Business, and Sports Psychology from Texas State University. Kaleigh also holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology and Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. In addition, they are a Registered Behavior Technician™, obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in 2018.
