Hayley McCann has worked in the beauty industry since 2012. Hayley began their career at Urban Decay Cosmetics as the Assistant Manager of Product Development. In 2018, they moved to ILIA Beauty, where they held the roles of Product Development Manager and Senior Product Development Manager.
