Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager at KPMG Italy, Consultant at Altran, and Business and Technology Analyst at Accenture Italia. Notably, Algha worked on business analysis for Front and Middle Office systems in the Italian Asset Management sector and contributed to the implementation of OTC derivatives central clearing processes under EMIR regulation for an Italian bank.
