Victoria Jackson

Victoria Jackson, MSPPM, currently serves as a Development Officer at the Illinois Housing Development Authority, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Victoria was a Lending Analyst at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh from June 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included evaluating financial feasibility for the For Sale Development Program and revising guidelines to enhance alignment with grant requirements. Victoria's earlier roles include Economic Development Fellow at Allegheny County Economic Development, Development Intern at C.C. Mellor Memorial Library, Teen Services Specialist at Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, and AmeriCorps National Teaching Fellow at Citizen Schools. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management with a focus on Urban and Regional Economic Development from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College.
