Matthew Burger

Matthew Burger is an experienced Information System Analyst with a robust background in database administration and software support, currently serving at the Illinois State Police - Department of Innovation & Technology since July 2014. Expertise includes managing SQL Server databases, administering TraCS software, and providing Level 3 technical support for various law enforcement applications. Matthew has previously held technical engineering roles at H. D. Smith, where responsibilities encompassed SAP/ERP system support and configuration, along with extensive experience in system administration and helpdesk operations. An academic foundation in Computer Science with a focus on Network Security was obtained from the University of Illinois Springfield, complemented by an Associate's degree in science from Lincoln Land Community College.
