David Loomis

David Loomis serves as the President of Strategic Economic Research, LLC, and holds the titles of Professor Emeritus of Economics and Professor of Economics at Illinois State University, where teaching includes courses in Regulatory Economics, Telecommunications Economics, and Public Policy, among others. As Executive Director of the Institute for Regulatory Policy Studies, David expanded membership significantly and improved workshop offerings, while also directing the Center for Renewable Energy, establishing its foundational documents and securing funding. David's professional background includes experience as an Economist at Verizon and leadership roles within Christ Church. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. and MA in Economics, as well as a BA in Honors Economics and Mathematics, all obtained from Temple University.
