Jason Weedon

Jason Weedon is an experienced entrepreneur and board member with a diverse background in food service, real estate, and environmental management. Since February 2009, Jason has been with Gourmet Gorilla, Inc. as an entrepreneur focused on food technology and catering. Additionally, Jason is the founder of GorillaBox and serves as an angel investor for the Sustainable Local Food Investment Group (SLoFIG) while also being a board member of the Illinois Stewardship Alliance. Prior experience includes managing environmental projects at Environmental Group Services Limited and roles in real estate as a broker at Keller Williams Realty, as well as serving as the director and owner of Giola Gallery, LLC. Jason's career began as a surface data logging engineer at Halliburton, and education includes a BCS Hons in Geology and Petroleum Geology from the University of Aberdeen.
