James Dispensa

James Dispensa has extensive experience in administrative and compliance management, currently serving as the IPASS Administrative Manager at the Illinois Tollway since June 2021. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Compliance Manager at Aramark from April 2020 to June 2021.
