Anna Maia Oliveira serves as the Chief Governance Counsel and Assistant Secretary at ITW since October 2025. Prior to this role, Anna held various positions at Kraft Heinz, including Assistant Corporate Secretary and Lead Senior Counsel for Corporate Governance and Capital Markets from June 2018 to October 2025, where responsibilities encompassed corporate governance, capital markets, and global transactions. Anna's experience includes roles as Senior Counsel and Counsel in corporate compliance and transactions, as well as working as a Global Corporate Paralegal. Earlier career highlights include a Visiting Attorney role at Valid USA that involved developing compliance and ethics programs, and positions in investor relations, legal services, and litigation at Valid and Senac Goiás. Anna's educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Direito from UNESA, complemented by additional studies at the Kellogg School of Management.
