Stinne Bruun Enger is an experienced HR Business Partner at ILLUM since March 2022, bringing a robust background in the hospitality and service industry. Previous roles include serving as a consultant for BRUUN F&B Konsulent, focusing on standards, structure, job descriptions, and process optimization from March 2017 to June 2022, and managing restaurant and banquet services at Charlottehaven. Stinne has also held positions in various companies, including assistant F&B manager at Tivoli and unit manager at Select Service Partners. Stinne's educational background includes multiple degrees in Project Management from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet, leadership training, and specialized courses in Personnel Law and Human Resources. Additionally, Stinne is pursuing Spanish language studies.
