Vishwas Soholkar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vishwas began their career at the United Nations Information Center as an Assistant Director, where they focused on social media marketing and event planning. Vishwas then served as the Vice President of Corporate Relations & Account Management at AIESEC, where they led a sales team and sold the AIESEC Global Internship Program to large corporations and multinationals.

Vishwas continued their professional journey at JBL Professional as a Human Resources Summer Intern, specializing in employee retention and succession planning. Vishwas also gained experience as a Business Intelligence Intern at Purple Squirrel Eduventures, where they conducted research and contributed to product enhancement.

Moving forward, Vishwas joined Adarsh Foundation as a Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, leading entrepreneurship and brand management initiatives. Vishwas later worked at Zomato as a Sales and Marketing Manager, successfully acquiring and directing key national accounts and spearheading the launch of the company's financial payments product, "Zomato Pay," across multiple countries.

Following their time at Apple, Vishwas joined Seed Interactive Inc. as a Digital Marketing Consultant, where they conceptualized and managed various brand and client programs. Vishwas also played a key role in increasing sales revenue and establishing a market research initiative.

Most recently, Vishwas has been working at illumin (AcuityAds Inc.) as an Enterprise Client Success Manager. In this role, they have been responsible for building and managing a strategic book of accounts, driving revenue growth, and maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
