Rebecca Marchington

Rebecca Marchington is an experienced professional in the fields of venture management and healthcare consulting. Currently serving as Manager at Illumina Ventures Labs since June 2023, Rebecca previously held the position of Manager at Illumina Accelerator from September 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles include Associate Consultant at Cambridge Healthcare Research (January 2021 - August 2022) and Programme Manager at Bridge Valley Ventures (May 2019 - January 2021). Rebecca's early career involved academic roles as Teaching Assistant at UCL and PASS Leader at the University of Manchester. Rebecca’s educational background includes a PhD in Organic Chemistry from UCL and a Master of Chemistry from the University of Manchester.
