Clara Chong

Clara Chong possesses extensive experience in commercial operations and project management across various sectors, currently serving in multiple roles at Illumina since January 2022, including Channel Partner Operations and Geographic Expansion Project Manager for the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. Prior to Illumina, Clara held the position of Operations Manager at Air New Zealand from March 2019 to December 2021 and contributed significantly at Changi Airport Group as both Vendor Management - Customer Service and Duty Terminal Manager between March 2014 and March 2019. Clara began the professional journey as a Flight Attendant/Flight Stewardess with Singapore Airlines from July 2011 to September 2013, earning accolades such as the SOARing Star Award and the SIA Group Safety & Security Award in 2012. Clara also gained early experience as a Crew Member at Six Flags and as a Customer Service Agent at SATS Ltd. Clara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of London, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
