Estevan Kiernan

Estevan Kiernan serves as the MRD Global Franchise Lead at Illumina since February 2017, holding various positions including Associate Director and Senior Manager in Emerging Clinical Applications focused on Oncology. Estevan is also a Board Member of the Strategic Opportunities Committee at the Association for Molecular Pathology and co-chair of the Regulatory and Clinical Implementation & Steering Committee at GUIDE.MRD. Additional roles include co-chair and participating member of BLOODPAC’s Working Group on MRD and Liquid Biopsy, Advisory Board Member at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and volunteer at Big Brother Big Sister Foundation, Inc. Prior experience includes product management roles at Abbott, lab auditing at the College of American Pathologists, and sales at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Estevan holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Master of Science in Molecular Pathology from Texas Tech University.
