Ivan Sotelo

Ivan Sotelo is a process engineer with extensive experience in the biotechnology field, currently employed at Illumina since August 2021, where responsibilities include working as a Process Engineer 1 and previously as a Research Associate 2. Prior to Illumina, Ivan held positions at BD as a Scientist 1 in Chemistry Development, focusing on product troubleshooting and antibody yield efficiency. Earlier roles included Manufacturing Technician at Illumina, Packaging Technician at BD, and Engineer at Biostream, where Ivan designed Microfluidic prototypes. Additional experience encompasses an internship at The University of Georgia and a researcher role at the University of California, Riverside's Dr. William H.
