Dave Stanley

Dave Stanley has a wealth of experience in customer success and leadership roles. Dave is currently the Director of Customer Success at Illumio. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global Customer Success at solo.io, where they developed and implemented a customer engagement model and achieved impressive growth rates. Before that, they held various positions at Red Hat, including Director of Global Customer Success (Americas) and Senior Manager of Global Customer Success. In these roles, they led large teams and managed the Profit and Loss (P&L) for Red Hat's TAM Business, consistently driving growth. Dave also has experience as a Global Support Manager and Principal Engineer at FuseSource, where they oversaw subscription business and post-sales customer experience. Dave began their career as a Principal Support Engineer at IONA Technologies, handling complex technical cases for Fortune 500 customers.
