Teresa Crowell serves as the Director of Talent Management in Human Resources at Illustrative Mathematics since April 2023, focusing on enhancing recruitment, employee engagement, culture development, and DEIB initiatives. Previously, Teresa held roles such as Talent Manager at Illustrative Mathematics and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arrow Child & Family Ministries, where expertise in talent management and recruitment strategies was applied to improve workforce diversity and operational efficiency. Additional experience includes serving as Business Practice Manager at Aspen Dental Management, National Recruitment Manager at New Leaders Org, and Director of Development and Public Relations at the American Red Cross. Teresa holds a degree from Northwestern State University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
