Alex Jorgensen

Alex Jorgensen is an experienced design engineer who worked at Ilmor Engineering Ltd. from March 2016 to June 2022, focusing on racing and high-performance combustion engine design. In the Advanced Technologies Group, Alex contributed to the Chevrolet Indycar engine project team, with responsibilities encompassing the design, performance, reliability, and delivery of various engine components, primarily bottom-end parts. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Assistant to the Plant Manager at NLSupervision Company A/S during an internship period from August 2013 to May 2015, specializing in engineering and mechanical engineering. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering (MEng) in General Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering from Durham University, earned between September 2010 and June 2014, and A-Levels in Physics, Maths, Further Maths, and Chemistry from New Cairo British International School, completed in June 2010.
