Rebecca Shah

Rebecca Shah is a partner and oversees client teams at ILO Group.

Previously, Rebecca served as a consultant and fellow to the membership of Chiefs for Change, overseeing member-driven projects. Prior to this, she served as chief of staff at the Tennessee Department of Education, launching a new performance management system for the agency. She has served as director of academics strategy and performance at the Texas Education Agency and spent eight years at a national education nonprofit, the Data Quality Campaign, advocating for the use of data in education and supporting research, policy analysis, and organizational development.
