Bill Lane

Bill Lane serves as the Executive Vice President of Network Development and Global Risk Contracting at ilumed since January 2022, focusing on multi-state network growth strategies for the CMS ACO REACH model. Lane has a proven track record of enhancing primary care capitation negotiations, achieving significant growth in geographic reach and Medicare beneficiaries. Previously, at Humana from 2006 to 2022, Lane held various roles including Payment Innovation Lead, where leadership was provided to cross-functional teams for value-based contracting strategies, and Director of Hospital Contracting, overseeing significant hospital unit cost negotiations in Florida. Before Humana, Lane held roles at MultiPlan, Florida Health Choice, John Alden Life Insurance/Neighborhood Health, and Corico, showcasing a diverse background in healthcare contracting, marketing, and network development. Lane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Providence College in 1985.
