Penny Evans has held various roles throughout their work experience. Penny started their career at QinetiQ in 1997, where they worked as an Assistant to Operations/Site Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Operations Manager, and Redeployment Manager Consulting Department. Penny then joined QinetiQ into the Highways Agency as a Training and Accreditation Senior Consultant. After that, they worked at QinetiQ as a Training and Accreditation Senior Consultant and later as a Training and Accreditation Senior Consultant at Capita. Penny then became a Training and Careers Manager at the Horticultural Trades Association, where they led the strategic development and launch of the HTA Academy and developed a Landscaping Careers Programme. Penny later joined ILX Group as a Learning Programme Manager and is currently serving as the Head of Operations. Additionally, they worked as a Self Employed Learning and Development Consultant in 2010.
Penny Evans began their education journey in 1993 when they enrolled at Solent University. Penny pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and successfully completed their studies in 1996. Following this, in 1999, they attended the University of Gloucestershire, where they focused on Personnel and Development and obtained a CIPD qualification in the following year. Later on, in 2015, Penny enrolled at Avado and completed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development in 2017.
