Niall Ridge

Niall Ridge has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various companies. Niall is currently working as an Analytics and Visualization Lead at IMA Management and Technology since August 2021. Prior to this, Niall worked at Deloitte Consulting from July 2019 to June 2021, where they took on the role of Healthcare Analytics, AI Strategy. At Deloitte, they led several key projects, including the integration of COVID testing labs into the National Testing Program and the delivery of an analytical platform for a consumer goods company.

Before their time at Deloitte, Niall worked at Viacom International Media Networks from June 2016 to June 2019. Here, they held the position of Director, Business Intelligence Developments and Projects, overseeing agile dashboard development using various tools. Niall also served as Director, Reporting Services for a brief period. Prior to Viacom, Niall worked at IMA Management and Technology as a Business Intelligence Consultant from September 2011 to August 2015.

Other notable experiences in Niall's career include a role as a Technical Consultant at SIM Zambia in 2011, Senior Business Analyst positions at the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development in Victoria, Australia and HP in 2010, and a Technical Business Analyst role at Victoria Police from 2007 to 2010. Niall also volunteered as a Technology Consultant at Southridge Solutions in 2007.

Niall started their career at Editure Group, where they served as a Business Analyst from June 2005 to March 2007 and as an Operational Analyst from September 2003 to June 2005.

Throughout their career, Niall has gained expertise in analytics, project management, dashboard development, and data migration.

Niall Ridge has a Master of Business Analytics degree from Deakin University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Computer Science degree at La Trobe University from 1999 to 2002. At the same time, they also pursued a Bachelor of Cognitive Science degree at La Trobe University, focusing on psychology and linguistics, from 1999 to 2001. In 2003, Niall obtained a Certificate IV in Business (Small Business Management) from TAFE NSW. Additionally, they have certifications as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA and an ITIL Foundation certification.
