Marta Szklarska

Marta Szklarska is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Intuition Machines since November 2021. Prior to this role, Marta worked as an Operations Manager at Rytme from January 2021 to January 2022 and as an HR Generalist at the American School of Warsaw from August 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities included employee relations and organizational development. Earlier experience includes various HR and customer service positions at Ergo BTL from July 2010 to July 2014. Marta holds a Master’s degree in Polish Studies with a Film Major and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy with a focus on Ethics, as well as professional certifications in Payroll and Labour Law from the EY Academy of Business Polska.
