Pablo Frindt Geoffroy

Pablo Frindt Geoffroy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Pablo is currently working at Imagemaker as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Digital Transformation Expert at Imagemaker from November 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Imagemaker, Pablo worked at Scotiabank from 2015 to 2022. Pablo'sroles at Scotiabank included Director Governance & Business Agility, Director Business Agility & Planning, Director Digital Factory, and Senior Manager Digital Channels. In these positions, they were responsible for various aspects of operational and organizational management, strategic planning, budgeting, development process, and team coordination.

Pablo also worked at Banco BCI as a Product Owner from September 2014 to May 2015, where they focused on budget and portfolio management and coordinating relationships within various departments. Pablo had an internship at Railslove GmbH in 2013, supporting innovation and project processes.

Additionally, Pablo has experience as an Editor and Web Manager at www.Chile-Startups.com from June 2011 to March 2013. Pablo started their career at BCI in 2004, where they held several positions including Innovation Product Manager, Senior Software Engineer in both Commercial and Retail Banks, Software Engineer, and Analyst & Tech Support.

Furthermore, they participated in meetups at Start-Up Chile in 2009 and 2010.

In their roles, Pablo has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, governance, agility, strategic planning, budget management, team coordination, and innovation.

Pablo Frindt Geoffroy holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Web Science from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Software Engineering at Universidad Mayor from 2000 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Pablo has obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum.org in 2022, the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2021, the Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2021, and the Certified Agile Leadership I certification from Scrum Alliance in 2017. Pablo also attended WIPA Düsseldorf GmbH in 2013 to study Commercial Relations (Kaufmännisch), and they completed their secondary education at Liceo Camilo Henríquez from 1990 to 1995.
