Troy Proper

Troy Proper has a diverse work experience in the consulting industry. Troy is currently working as a Business Analyst - ECS Division at ImageNet Consulting, LLC, where they are passionate about supporting Laserfiche solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to this, they worked at Ricoh Americas Corporation for over 13 years, holding various roles such as Sr. Solutions Workflow Analyst, Senior Solutions Analyst - Atlanta, and Digital Solutions Specialist. Troy has also worked as a Senior Solutions Analyst at IKON Office Solutions - Chicago for ten years.

Troy Proper obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication Management from DeVry University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Troy has received several certifications. These include the Nintex Process Mapping Expert certification from Nintex, obtained in April 2020, the Nintex RPA Expert certification also from Nintex, obtained in March 2020, and the Nintex RPA Practitioner certification, acquired in March 2020. Furthermore, Troy has obtained the Foxtrot RPA Sales Certificate from Nintex in November 2019, the Nintex Certified Sales Professional certification from Nintex in October 2019, and the CompTIA CDIA certification from CompTIA in July 2015.
