Joas Souza

Joas Souza has worked in the software engineering field since 2014. Joas began their career at ISO Engenharia and Elos e Fernandes Consultoria e Treinamentos, both as a Software Engineer. In 2015, they joined O2 Filmes as a Technical Lead, where they worked on the team that created the web version of a desktop application. Theirresponsibilities included all development tasks, discussing A/B tests, and listing/detailing/prioritizing stories. In 2019, they moved to eQuality Time as a Software Engineer, where they developed a custom web app and migrated from a proprietary software solution. Joas also developed shell scripts to automate users' daily needs. In 2021, they joined Shypple as a Team Lead.

Joas Souza studied Computer Science at the Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz from 2008 to 2012. Joas also attended the Worldwide School of English.
