Kelly Heth

Kelly Heth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kelly currently serves as the Director of Operations for Imagenet LLC, where they oversee operations for several hundred healthcare clients. Kelly is responsible for managing a staff of 90+ across multiple locations and analyzing big data to provide insights for decision-making.

Prior to this, Kelly had a long and successful career in the US Army, holding various leadership positions. Kelly served as the Division Chief of Staff, where they operated at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, representing high-ranking officials and overseeing key meetings. Kelly also served as Plan's Chief and Military Intelligence Advisor, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff, Senior Officer of the Reserve Integration Team, Chief of Current Operations, Operations Officer, Intelligence Planner, and Combat Engineer Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for leading and managing large teams, coordinating intelligence efforts, and supporting military operations.

Kelly has also worked in the private sector, serving as a Business Innovation Team and Business Relationship Manager for HMSA. In this role, they helped create a revised strategic plan and worked with a self-directed team to develop business unit objectives. Additionally, they served as a Clinic Manager at Straub Hospital and as the Director of Operations at INETS, a dot-com startup.

Earlier in their career, Kelly held the position of Computer System Manager at a university, where they managed a team of software and systems engineers and provided technological support and solutions for staff and students.

Prior to that, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Minot State University during the academic year 1996 to 1997. Furthermore, Kelly also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, completing the program from 1986 to 1992. Additionally, Kelly has obtained various certifications, including the Continuous Evaluation Program from the United States Department of Defense in December 2019, the Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph certification in May 2018, and holds a Top Secret Clearance with Secret Compartmented Information from the United States Department of Defense.
