Steven Springer has been employed in a variety of roles since 2002. Steven began as a Kitchen Installer at Cameron's Installation in 2002. In 2006, they took on the role of Development Engineer I at Oregon State University, where they re-wrote lab material for the ECE 323 class and developed the curriculum. In 2007, they became a Sales/Development Engineer at Infinite Innovation Inc. In 2009, they worked as a Technician at Compix Inc, where they soldered and troubleshot circuit boards, troubleshot software bugs and possible fixes, updated the company website using PHP and HTML, and configured laptops for shipment to customers. In 2010, they returned to Infinite Innovation Inc as a Solutions Engineer, where they scoped, designed, implemented, supported, and trained ECM solutions based around OpenText RightFax, Abbyy OCR/ICR, and Hyland OnBase. Finally, in 2014, they joined ImageSoft, Inc. as a Solutions Architect and System Engineer, where they gathered client business requirements and designed solutions to meet customer needs, ensured all assigned work functions per the design, and provided technical knowledge to a variety of projects from the initial requirements gathering to the final production rollout.

Steven Springer attended Oregon State University from 2003 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus in Computer and Networks. Steven also earned a minor in Computer Science from 2003 to 2008.
